Vanessa was able to offer us several health insurance options. She took the time to explain the advantages/disadvantages of the different options. She's patient, knowledgeable, thorough, and is fluent in both English and Spanish - a big plus for us as my husband's native language is Spanish and my native language is English. I recently had an excellent experience with Elaine at The Insurance Hub! We met by chance, but upon learning what she did for a living, I asked her help in evaluating Medicare Advantage Plans as an alternative to my current health coverage. I was keenly interested in some of the add-ons like dental and vision benefits that I don’t currently have. Her review was comprehensive and she completed it in a very timely manner. And her advice was surprising - she told me to “stay put” due to the comprehensive nature of my existing coverage and the low cost. There was no push to buy a new plans through her firm. We also discussed other coverages, like long term care, and she was quite knowledgable in that area as well. Elaine is a no-nonsense and very capable professional. She’s reliable and inspires confidence. When I reach the point where I can no longer access my current employer-based plan, I will definitely reach out to Elaine at The Insurance Hub.

Elaine is amazing! She is the sweetest, kindest, caring and most helpful person I have ever meet. I have been looking for months now for insurance for my mom and had no luck until a friend recommended the insurance hub. I can't express enough how grateful we are to connect with Elaine. Within just 24 hours we had a few plan options to pick from in which we signed up for. What a great experience and great staff even the receptionist that answers the call is so pleasant to work with. I have had a rollercoaster of a time since getting approved for my disability. Trying to get help with plan choices and understanding the benefits. It’s all so confusing! FINALLY after two years I was able to get in touch with The Insurance Hub. Elaine was Amazing! She, Melanie and Cesar helped me all the way in PA. I was at a loss, I felt sick and stressed over the whole insurance process. They stepped in and reassured me they would take care of it. And they stayed in communication The entire time, they answered any questions I had. they took care of everything for me. All of the weight was taken off of my back, they did an amazing job of getting me on a new affordable plan. I cannot think them enough or recommend them enough! If you are also confused or not understanding this Medicare stuff, I highly recommend calling them! Thanks so much Everyone at The Insurance Hub!

Cesar Charon and Melanie Monk with The Insurance Hub did an outstanding job in completing my application, questions and all of my needs to obtain my Medicare Plan. This newbie to the program was nervous and confused by so many direct mailers, calls from sales people, what to choose and how to join. A 30- minute appointment with Cesar, and I had a true understanding on how to move forward and put the process in motion. Melanie picked the ball right up after my meeting with Cesar and got me on my way to getting signed up.
